Ingredients:
Stone ground corn tortillas, lightly toasted
Corned beef, cooked and chopped
Cilantro, chopped cabbage, and Cotija cheese to garnish
Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce:
½ cup Sour cream
1 lime, juiced
1 cup cilantro
